Funk Face Mastermind Society is currently operated by Jon Petronzio, based in New York State.
If and when a limited liability company (LLC) is formed, these terms will be updated accordingly.
2. Eligibility
Our programs and services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
By using this website or enrolling in any program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Educational Purpose Only
All content, programs, calls, videos, and materials provided through Funk Face Mastermind Society are for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee specific musical, financial, creative, or professional outcomes. Results depend on your individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.
4. No Refunds / No Cancellations (IMPORTANT)
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital content, live calls, group access, and immediate availability of materials:
No refunds
No cancellations
No chargebacks
No partial credits
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that you are committing to the full program and payment obligation.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation level.
5. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including:
Stripe (credit card & ACH)
PayPal / PayPal Credit
We do not store your full payment information.
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in:
Loss of access to programs or materials
Collection efforts through the payment provider
6. Program Access & Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully in all group settings, including live calls, online communities, and messaging platforms.
We reserve the right to remove any participant, without refund, who:
Is disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful
Violates community guidelines
Acts in a way that negatively impacts the group experience
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Funk Face Mastermind Society — including videos, lessons, calls, exercises, frameworks, written materials, and branding — is the intellectual property of Funk Face Mastermind Society and Jon Petronzio.
You may not:
Copy, share, reproduce, or redistribute materials
Record live calls without permission
Use materials for commercial purposes
Personal use only.
8. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, income, performance, or success.
Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and do not represent typical or guaranteed results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funk Face Mastermind Society and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation or use of the website or services.
Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
